An administration fee of $25 will apply to all cancellation requests.
If you cancel your program within:
2 or more weeks prior to the starting date: full refund
1-2 weeks prior to the starting date: 75% refund
24 hours or less than 1 week prior to the starting date: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours prior to the starting date: 25% refund
If the participant has a medical condition and can no longer attend the program, cancellation will be handled on an individual basis depending on the situation. A medical note will be required for our review.
We offer NO refunds or make up sessions for missed classes.
