AWARENESS OF BEHAVIOUR

I understand that the Daedalos Enrichment Programs Robotics Camps and After School Programs have a “No-Bullying” policy in effect, and any evidence of such behavior will
 likely result in my child being asked to leave the program without a refund.

RELEASE WAIVER

I understand that photos/video footage may be taken to promote future Daedalos Enrichment Programs either as print or internet media. I give full authorization to Daedalos Enrichment Programs to utilize photos/video footage and acknowledge that no compensation of any sort shall be received.

AWARENESS OF RISK

I hereby approve my child’s attendance in Daedalos Enrichment Programs Camps / After School events and certify that he/she is in good health and able to participate in the program activities. I authorize that the instructors and directors act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I waive and release all rights and claims that arise out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the program. I understand and am aware of the associated risks with participation within such a program.

Payment & Discounts

Below are the EARLY BIRD Pricing effective until June 20th.

  • Full Day Camp: $449.00 ($427.62+$21.38 Tax)
  • Half Day Camp: $249.00 ($237.14 + $11.86 Tax)
  • Both Weeks Full Day: $799.00 ($760.95 + $38.05 Tax)
  • Both Weeks Half Day: $399.00 ($380 + 19.00 Tax)

Sibling Discount: If you register more than one of your children, we will reimburse you $75 off full ticket price for the sibling (requires first to register in full).

Quick Questions

Is my payment secure?
Yes — payment is processed by Stripe, used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your card details. For e-Transfers this is handled by Interac.
What’s your cancellation policy?
An administration fee of $25 will apply to all cancellation requests. If you cancel your program within:
  • 2 or more weeks prior to the starting date: full refund
  • 1-2 weeks prior to the starting date: 75% refund
  • 24 hours or less than 1 week prior to the starting date: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours prior to the starting date: 25% refund
  • If the participant has a medical condition and can no longer attend the program, cancellation will be handled on an individual basis depending on the situation. A medical note will be required for our review.
We offer NO refunds or make up sessions for missed classes.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — a $100 deposit holds your spot (via e-Transfer), with the balance due first day of camp. Email info@daedalosacademy.com to arrange it.
